Former sTaRe contributor and early sTaRe Network participant, Mac Tonnies has passed away. Mac was found dead in his apartment on Thursday. He was a Fortean researcher that you could actually stand to be around. He will be missed.

I was the “mutant” at post-atomic(dot)com and I use to blog over at Stare. I remember Mac, he was a brilliant dude. His book ‘After the Martian Apocalypse’ is still on my bookshelf. My condolences to his friends and family.
