If the IOT was so retarded why did Alan frequent so many of the events at my house and at Bob Williams House as well as Alans own house? It looks like Nanny Eyesore has embarrassed herself once again in the face of the facts, which also suggests that she may be enjoying her humiliation; oh well, to each their own. Admittedly some of the changes are at my request… anything dealing with the authors I represent I have informed michael of NF that he no longer holds rights to any of the work due to his defaulting on the contrracts that New Falcon had with these authors by not paying the full amount due or paying on time, up to a year late on two authors. He is going to love that I am contacting Burroughs Communications with the info that he reprinted William S. Burroughs work without permission… they have clout and money and a letter from their lawyer will make sure michael does not due this again. He has already upset a number of authors and a photographer whose works michael republished without permission or a contract in Rebels & Devils.
Michael is removing anything I have written in NF titles at my request, I do not want anything to do with this slime ball who is making money off other peoples work and not compensating them as well as doing a crappy job on reprints. He would probably remove it just because he hates me for spanking him publically and bending him over and getting some of my money from him… I know everytime he has to write me a check to me it burns him to no end.
The Original Falcon Press will not have my work removed from the books and they are reprinting Phil Hines work as well and I look forward to their version of Rebels & Devils as I know the quality will be much better than the turd that michael put out.

Constructing a “straw man” argument (that you accuse me of) means that I created my own argument and refuted it. What argument would that be? I have responded to Mr. Grant’s “arguments,” however if you feel I haven’t let me summarize:
1. I was Dr. Hyatt’s “whore.” (Nope, that was another woman from Eastern Europe. I have a picture of her vagina and emails from Alan if you continue to confuse me with her).
2. I was some woman trying to get her diaries published a few years ago. (Nope. I never met Doug Grant nor was ever at any party or group where he was present, nor have I ever “tried” to get my diaries published).
3. Michael Miller “ripped him off.” (I don’t know the answer to that because I wasn’t present for the business transaction. However, I did look for his “writings” to see how much royalties he was owed, and they were very minimal. I assessed that he must be in the wrong based on owning most of Dr. Hyatt’s books (that he gave to me) and other ones I purchased in the early 1990s before meeting him. And for those articles I did read, I found them absurd. That is only my opinion — arguing about “opinions” is never going to come out “winning.” Everyone has them.)
4. Michael Miller is “queer” and I am also having sex with him to get a job at New Falcon. (I don’t really KNOW what sexual orientation Michael Miller is because I’m not that intimate with him — and its none of my damn business; further, no I didn’t have sex with him — but that is none of YOUR goddamn business — and either way — I’m sure you will refute that based on not knowing either me or him. lol).
6. Dr. Hyatt’s “thank yous” in books to Doug Grant. I now see that he thanked him in not one but two books based on his links. One of the books he didn’t even post up there (Psychopath’s Bible) and I can see why — he was listed last after several other people. So, we have one book he was listed in — okay — Dr. Hyatt thanked Doug Grant in 2 books.
7. Original Falcon vs. New Falcon “lawsuit” and legal issues. Actually, Original Falcon is not even a party to any lawsuit in this matter, the lawsuits involve B.M.I.T. (Bertha Miller Irrevocable Trust) and Michael Miller. Nick is not even a party to any of these cases. In fact, he is merely just violating copyrights left and right based on his “belief” that Linda as “TRUSTEE” of her step-children’s trust fund is “her property.” Anyone even remotely knowledgeable about TRUST knows the TRUSTEE isn’t the person who GETS the trust, they are respondible only for dispersing it, and may get a fee out of it for doing this. Usually this is around $3000 a year. Linda has already withdrawn over $30,000 in this year alone.

The most common and well-known version of the ad hominem fallacy is just a simple insult, and is called the abusive ad hominem. It occurs whenever a person has given up attempting to persuade a person or an audience about the reasonable of a position and is now resorting to mere personal attacks.
Examples and Discussion:
Whenever you see personal attacks and abusive ad hominem arguments being used in a discussion, it is unlikely that anything productive will come out of it in the end. A person who can only make their case by attacking others probably doesn’t have much of case to begin with.
1. Who cares what you think about movies? You’re just an ignorant American who doesn’t know anything about real culture.
2. You have claimed that John Edward doesn’t really talk to the dead, but how can we believe what an atheist says?
In both cases, something objectionable is identified about a person: one is an ignorant American, the other is an atheist. The arguer then goes on to conclude that, just because of this objectionable fact, what they say about a particular topic should be ignored.
Instead of showing where the people have made an error in any of their statements, the argument simply attacks them for who they are, and claims that we can dismiss anything said without even considering it. But in neither case is this objectionable fact related to the topic at hand – especially when these “objectionable” facts are just plain insults.
The proper way to evaluate the merits of an argument is by looking at what the argument says, not by distracting people’s attention from the argument by insulting the person and then, unreasonably, concluding that your insult is a good reason to dismiss the argument.
Other common forms of the abusive ad hominem argument don’t usually resort to clear personal insults:

With example #3, may be true that the person has lied repeatedly in the past – so saying so is stating a matter of fact, not an insult. And the fact that a person has lied in the past is, for most people, a reason to be skeptical of other things they say. But it is not a logical reason to conclude that they never tell the truth again.
With example #4, there is no attempt to seriously criticize this new tax bill which is under consideration. Instead, there is just an attempt to subtly insult a Senator who supports it by attacking them for being in politics for so long, with the implication that his character is questionable. In both of those examples, what is being criticized is the person, not what they are currently arguing.
Keep in mind that the follow is not an abusive ad hominem:

Why does this differ from example #3 above? Because it is not an attempt to get you to reject John’s argument, but instead reject his testimony. A testimony is not an argument, it is a report of events. The fact that a person is a known liar has no bearing on whether or not they present a conclusion supported by premises – but it does affect how we evaluate their reporting of alleged facts.
Unfortunately, abusive ad hominems like these can be very effective, because they do indeed divert people’s attention away from the primary issue being debated. By making someone appear suspicious, ridiculous, or just inconsistent, people will start focusing on that rather than anything else. What’s more, once people get suspicious of a person, it can be difficult for them to stop.
Finally, of course, it is possible to have an attack by itself:

These books generally don’t sell. This essentially made (New Falcon when Nick operated it, before Alan’s death) into a “vanity press” for writers who couldn’t get their books published at a regular press.
Original Falcon takes on the books that we no longer wish to publish intentionally: Angel Tech, Montauk Files, Infernal Texts (…). These books do not sell anyway.
In addition to this, Robert Anton Wilson’s estate signed a new and exclusive deal with New Falcon.
When we finally can streamline the books we sell, we can offer quality books that do sell and that represent New Falcon and its authors well. (END QUOTE)

That is a lie. There are already posts in several places pointing out the
horrible binding job and quality of The Complete GD System of Magic.
The quality of the Rebels and Devils reprint is horrid, visually unaethetic
with horrid picture scans and decade old contact info for most authors.
People have complained in various groups about shipping and customer service issues. For awhile even distributors were unhappy from one

I don’t really know about Infernal Texts, as I’ve never read it. I can’t comment on your eBay sales, or what New Falcon will or will not publish. I do not make those decisions. I am an independent contractor and do various jobs here and there for New Falcon as I did for New Falcon when Alan ran it. I offered my service to Nick when I thought he was still in charge of it, right after Alan’s death. Shortly after that I realized that there was a big lawsuit, etc. I then decided to opt out of the situation until I could see which side was “right.” I personally determined (for me) based on the legal documents I read that I purchased off of the U.S. court website that New Falcon was correct, between that and threat letters from Linda (and I decided that I didn’t want to work for someone who makes baseless threats).
Over the last year an a half I have determined that New Falcon / U.S.E.S.S. is the legal company that Alan ran — and so I continue to work for them and defend their position. If that offends you, that really is your problem. There are a lot of offensive things in life is all I have to say. I am sorry that you have to personally detest me or hate me even though you do not know me whatsoever (and have even thought I was other people you “blanket hate” and attack, like you just have a hate gene and anyone who you see at the time can be the hated party). But, this seems to be the way it goes with the “Luciferian” tribe or “Extreme Individual” network, and I noticed this behavior long ago when I was a member of their drhyatt.net site. I cancelled membership of their list when 20-50 hate emails a day were in my box, but I still maintained my friendship with Alan.
I wish you the best in your publishing and if Nick/Original Falcon does well for you, more power to you. There are just certain books (B.M.I.T., USESS, New Falcon, etc.) that Original Falcon does not have rights to publish and does anyway. This is just against the law. And, Linda’s operation of BMIT as trustee is also against the law. So, justice will be served.

Since when is Vicodin (hydrocodone/acetaminophen) an opiate? You were clearly talking about the morphine since only morphine, heroin and opium are opiates. Are you so mentally disabled that you can’t even remember what you write from one day to the next?
